Tata Docomo — unauthorized charges

Dear sir,
I have disappointed your tata docomo service. I have old customer for a long time in tata docomo. Your company is deducted to rs. 14.36 charged for beach_models_shf charges in evening 5.22 pm. I want to refund money asap otherwise ill be take a action.
I have contacted your tata docomo team member customer service mr. Aakash he is not responded my query to solve.

Poor service for tata docomo. I am not satisfy your team member aakash.
