Tata Docomo — Undue rental charge 60 paise per day | |||
I am a customer of tata docomo gsm service. My mobile number is [protected]. They deduct per day 60 paise from many months without my consent. I have not activated any vas provide by them and then they said to me for get done a frc rechage which was also not worth for it so why they deduct 60 paise per day as a rental charges. We tried to speak you personally on your number, however the same was not possible as the call was not answered and you have expressed your dissatisfaction towards the call charges. We regret the inconvenience caused to you. In this regards, we would like to inform you that upon verifying our records as of now no call rate cutter plan is active on your number. Hence, you are being charged as per the base tariff as all mobile calls at 1.6p/sec and land line at 2P/sec. Hence, I request you to recharge with any call rate cutter plan in order to reduce your charges.
