Tata Docomo — Unethical ways to impose legal action. | |||
Hello, I was using Tata Docomo number [protected]. I asked for disconnection, some time back. In the final call for disconnection from customer care, she said that if I continue the connection then all my bill amount will be waved off and along with that I will be given 5GB pack free for one month(price Rs.499/-). So I didn't pay the bill amount. After that 5GB pack was activated, which was not free at all and also there was no wave off in bill amount. After few days of getting accumulated bill amount of Rs.746/- and my connection was disconnected for non-payment of bill amount. I also got legal notice for non-payment of bill amount. Recently I again get call from same lady(it was by mistake, actually it was same number which I stored in my mobile) after few days of getting legal notice, I told my story, she said that she can give Rs.500/- wave off, if I want to pay the bill and I told her not to start my connection, but she again activated it. I again requested for disconnection and now I am worried that bill will be accumulated again, even though I am not using it. Now I want the wave off of Rs.500/- in the existing bill amount and please deactivate my account as soon as possible. I will pay the remaining amount. In this regards, we would like to inform you that after verifying our record we found that we have already registered your request for cancellation on 08-May-14 with request number[protected]. Further, we would like to inform you that for cancellation of a number it will take 5 days.
