[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — UNFAIR BALANCE DEDUCTION AGAIN & AGAIN AFTER IGNORANCE

I had my balance deduction on on service on without my knowledge. The charged me in the past also. But today I.e 11th Jan, 2015 it was bit more. I recharged my no. At 11:04 am of rs. 298 and I got 150 recharge and 1.5 Gb internet. So I basically had rs.150 in my account. In a mean while, after some time I received a msg of Rs. 50 deduction from my account. This time it was bit more. A value added service named Movie world had been activated without my knowledge. I am really unhappy for such kind o[censored]nfair deduction from my account. Please try to fix it as soon as possible . and refund atleast my last deduction.The msg I received at 11:44 am after deduction was"Movie World is activated at Rs50.0 for 30days.Bal:Rs100.01 at 11-Jan-15 11:01.To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free)" Please stop these deduction by unfair means. Customer care service has been disabled when I tried to contact them. I am really disappointed from your Customer care service. I hope, you will fix it asap. My contact no. is [protected]

Further, we would also like to inform you that the amount of Rs. 80/- has been adjusted to wards your account as a goodwill.

There was some service activation named movie world and weight loss was activated without my knowledge and I deactivated the services before 24 hours. And as per the law of Indian govt., if any service is deadeactivated by the customer then the balance deducted will be simply reimbursed because there was service activation without my knowledge.
