[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Unfair Charging | |||
I am Pratik Bhansali from Pune. My Tata Docomo mobile number is [protected]. I have a net plan activated with above 1700 mb data still balance.Last 2 days (15 and 16 April 2014), I happened to download a couple of videos from a site m.vuclip.com. But I was charged INR 22 and INR 50 by tata docomo on these days inspite of having a net plan. It is nowhere mentioned on the site that this site is chargable. Also according to TRAI regulations, I must be notified in advance by docomo before charging me, which docomo didn't do. Also, I had requested for last 4 deductions before and after i was charged. The deductions sent to me before and after I was charged are same and the amounts INR 22 and INR 50 are mentioned nowhere. I can show both messages if required. Was this information helpful? | |||
