Tata Docomo — unfair deduction of amount in the name of credit loan advance

An amount of ₹13 has been deducted from my mobile balance for the number [protected] as credit loan advance on 27.01.2018 even though neither i have opted nor requested for any kind of loan service. The service provider has fraudently deducted the amount without customer knowledge or approval through corrupt & unfair means. Please take proper action.

Updated by Kirananshu Chakraborty Even tried to reach the customer care but all in vain. Customers are not allowed to speak to a customer care executive for prepaid service. The option to speak to customer care executive is a big challenge to be precise almost non existent.
