[Resolved] Tata Docomo — unknown subscription and money getting deducted | |
I am using tata docomo from the time it has been launched. From last month i am receiving message from contnt deducting amount saying it you have subscribed for games, photo stories, games hub... Social book pack_srrs... On calling customer care they refund amount but for social book cannot refund it back. Ack_srrs they told me its an event we cannot refund it back. My question here is how come all this is subscribed and money getting deducted. I don't have time to sit and call customer care every now and then.
