We tried to speak to you personally on your number to understand your concern. Unfortunately our multiple attempts in establishing a contact with you have failed as you were busy. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and we assure you that your problem is being addressed. As per your mail, we would like to inform you that, the disconnection request has already been raised on 14th June 2016 and the request number is[protected]. Our Photon Care representative shall get in touch with you within 48 hours with respect to your request. Please note that the connection will be deactivated on 22nd June 2016 unless notified from your side. The current outstanding in your account is nil. Further, we would also like to inform you that the mentioned Photon number has been activated on 22nd Oct 2013 with the MEID number (device number) "HA0000036EF9A78" hence, we are unable to process any refund for the paid amount. Kindly note that the Photon account number is a postpaid connection hence, you have been charged correctly as per the current bill plan, irrespective of data usage. Please also note that the no change has been made for MEID number change hence, the MEID number "HA0000036EF9F7D" is not active with any Photon number but you can active the Photon number [protected] with MEID number "HA0000036EF9F7D" by mapping the same.
