Tata Docomo — Unlawful charging net charges though not using it, I am using wifi of different facility provider. | |||
I am Aijaz Ahmed Quraishi usingTata Docomo services. As I am using net of different services provider, through wifi, when I logout the Tata Docomo charges 10 paise every time. We tried to reach you on your number in order to understand your concern. However, the same was not responding. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. In this regards, we would like to inform you that your balance has been deducted, as you have surfed internet at that time no data balance available in your account. Hence, you have been charged for the data usage from the main balance at 10p/10KB and the same cannot be refunded. Further, we would like to inform you that kindly off your mobile data or deactivate internet service on your number. So that you will not charge in future. Kindly note that, all our systems are accurate and unless there is a usage at your end there would not be any deduction. If there is anything else that you want to share with us, we are all ears.
