[Resolved] Tata Docomo — unnecessary balance deduction | |
I had a balance of around 116 rs in the morning on 23/08/2017 and now it is 0.04rs!! When i called on 121 customer care they said that i used mobile data but the fact is that i didnt even touch the mobile! Even my internet meter doesnt show that i have used a single byte of internet! Now they say that you have used internet and have deducted 116rs! Hoping that Was this information helpful? | |
