Tata Docomo — Unnecessary balance deduction, no incoming calls, no customer care support | |||||
Dear sir, i bought a new sim of tata docomo just one month ago, I have face a lot of problem regarding balance deduction from my account...I have lost nearly a balance of 500rs because of tata docomo's appropriate technical support, I have activated 30 minutes pack of rs11 for which I get 30 minutes of free 3g data, i have lost an amount of rs 196 while I'm having a net balance of 432 second's, i have contacted customer care for queries and they replied that the balance is deducted due to consumption of extra data and the same repeated in the next day I have lost 100 rs balance..i don't understand that why customer have to suffer for your technical problems..now there are no incoming calls for my no- [protected]. The customer service is connected only once for every problem whenever I face..i want all the problems resolved and I want my balance back... Was this information helpful? | |||||
