In this regards, we would like to inform you that there are no wrong balance deductions on your number and you have been charged for data usage. Hence, you have been charged correctly of Rs. 138.80/- from your account.
However, as you are a high valued customer we have refunded you Rs. 100/- to your account vide docket number ABAL[protected] and the same cannot be refunded if balance gets depleted again.
