[Resolved] Tata Docomo — UNNECESSARY DEDUCTION OF MY ACCOUNT BALANCE | |||
Tata DoCoMo has deducted rs 50 from my main account balance today at 5:47pm for I player subscription all though I have never got any source to activate the service, when I asked the customer care they said you have activated it through internet while you were surfing, Then I said ohk if I have activated this service and tatadocomo has charged me the please provide me complete information about the service. Then the official said they don't knw anything about the service then I asked him to transfer my call to senior executive he transferred it but the same answer I got from the senior executive.. Now I want my money back not because you have charged me Bt because your company does not deserve my money as u can't provide any information regarding what are the benifits of the service. n over the call on your number [protected], we would like to inform you that after verifying our record we found that for I player service Rs.50 balance deducted on 19-May-14. As per your request we have registered a request on 21-May-14 with request number ABAL[protected] and expected to be resolved by25-MAY-2014 16:00PM. Kindly bear with us.
Further, we would like to inform you that I player service also deactivated from your account. Kindly check the same.
Also, we would like to inform you that for any request or complaint write a mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com.
