[Resolved] Tata Docomo — unnecessary reduction of balance amount | |||
Phone no [protected] i have recharged my docomo with 30 Rs today.(1/11/14) and i also have sufficient amount of net balance. I called two times after the recharge for only seconds. then i only used internet. now my internet balence is still there but however my account balance reduced to 7.11 Rs. i am going to complaint against you in consumer court, because unnecessary reductions from that firm is happened to me previous times also. when i try to call customer care they reject my call by saying other customers are online. i think the firm is completely making customers as fools.and i am going to complaint this Was this information helpful? | |||
