Tata Docomo — Unsupportive responce related to internet recharge | |||
I have recharge my tata docomo no. [protected] with 1gb 3g internet pack of rs 94, but they gave me 2g data. when i complaint about it to customer care they told me to convert my 2g data into 3g within 48 hours. but now they refuse to convert it into 3g . now they neither convert my data nor refund me.
