[Resolved] Tata Docomo — unwanted activation of movie world | |||
I got sms before few minuets "Movie World is activated at Rs75.0 for 60days.Bal:Rs159.56 at 02-Jan-15 13:01.To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free)". This is totally unwanted, as I have not activated any value added service, which deducted 75₹. I want to deactivate the service with refund of 75₹. I have dialled 121, but could not get to any customer care executive. I am using docomo since quite long and never activated any value added service, then why this one activated automatically? We tried to speak to you personally on your number, regarding balance deduction of your Tata Docomo connection. However, the same was not possible as the call was busy. At the outset we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
We would like to inform you that as per our records it was found that there are no wrong balance deductions found and you have been charged correctly as per the VAS service Movie World.
Further, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide you any waiver for same.

you are activating service yourself and deducting balance.
