My name is Sandeep Singh having mobile number [protected] previously I had complaint about unwanted balance deduction from tata Docomo in the name of TA-HUWWAP which was later refunded but again they have done the same thing now they have deducted Rs 49/- in the name of same TA-HUWWAP so I kindly request you to refund the Balance which you have deducted

Tata DoCoMo Customer Care's response We tried to speak you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered. We would like to inform you that, as per our records an amount Rs.50/- has been deducted for mentioned contents contents. 1. MusicZonePack content downloaded by you on 25/01/2017 at 12:11:02 PM through WAP mode hence the balance of Rs.49/- has got deducted. 2.)
BT [protected] 1 content downloaded by you on 31/01/2017 at 08:12:53 PM through SMS mode hence the balance of Rs.1/- has got deducted. Kindly note that, we take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service, and we do not deduct any balance without customer consent. Also be informed that, all our systems are accurate and unless there is a subscription at your end there would not be any deduction. We would request you to be extra careful while browsing (Apps/website) or dialing any short codes and refrain yourself from chargeable links, an indication of which is reflected through pop-ups and advertisements. Please be informed that, a complaint regarding balance deduction has been registered vide docket number PBR12410568 on 01-FEB-2017, is in open status and it will be resolved soon .
