[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Unwanted Services Feng Shui pack | |||
I am Abhishek and i am using tata docomo for more dan 01 years but its the second time that the amount of Rs 30 have been deducted form my balace for feng shui pack which was not subscribed by me. 1st time it got activated on 22.02.2011 and rs30 have been deducted from my accont. I tried to deactivate the service but got no response for this. its a cheating with the customers and i kindly request you to take against them to deactivate dis service and refund all the amount that was deducted from my account. Kindly do it asap, or else I will report it to consumer forum. Was this information helpful? | |||
