[Resolved] Tata Docomo — unwanted vas activation on my mobile | |
Tata Docomo is cheating the new customers by activating useless VAS without informing the customers.Today (06/11/2014) i got sms from docomo that (modelvideoclub) vas is activated on your number and you have been charged 57.53 rs. I immediately call custmer care to stop that vas and refund my money but custmercare agent said we will not refund your money. I have 5 docomo numbers please refund my money else i will stop using tatadocomo and go for porting to another mobile service provider. My mobile no. is (m.p) india. Was this information helpful? | |

I got sms from docomo that my money has been credited to my account. And another sms i got = Hi!Your request no ABAL1210902035 has been closed.Thank You Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
