Hi, I am Manoranjan Das a customer of your company having the mobile number [protected] recharged an amount of 246 which was unlimited local/std and 2 GB data for 28 days but that unlimited is not working before 28 days.I recharged on 17.01.2017 but it is not working on 08.02.2017 which is not a period of 28 days and I called to customer care but they said that T/c applied is mentioned but I recharged from online banking of HDFC where no T/c was written or mentioned only it was written that Unlimited (Local + STD) Calls, 2 GB Data-246 TalkTime: NA Validity: 28. I copied this from the hdfc netbanking page.Kindly check it and call me for any clarification on [protected].I am attaching the scrrenshot of that offer also.Please verify it and give me the validity again.
