Tata Docomo — Very Irritating customer Service | |||||
Most of the time, I do online transaction, it is failing. I have high speed net and I am not facing this issue with any other online shopping sites. I never get a response for my complaints in the assured 48 hours. When ever I contact via mail or phone, they tell me that I will get call with in 48 hours. I lost money on 8th August. Now It has been already 3 months, 9 days. Still my complaint remains unsolved.Every time they tell that they have escalated my case.If this is the case, I don't understand the meaning of escalation. I haven't experienced such a poor quality customer service from any others as the one offered by DoCoMo.Very irresponsible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
