Tata Docomo — Waiver request and disruption of services

My dell no is [protected] Internet services were disrupted on the 13th of sept and till 21st I got no service. Inspite of giving regular complaints at the call centre, I was told that the service was active and running 'from our end' However at the site, I did not get any service. The local linesman, engineer and the salesman all knew of this problem throughout andkept on saying that there was some line problem nearby. Service was restored sporadically on22nd, normal on 23rd and 24th and 25 again was disturbed. Between 13th to 21st there was no service and I got the bill for the whole month. Why should a customer pay for 30days when service was given for 20 days? Furthermore service was discontinued on 25th November completly and is still to be restored This is even when I paid the entire amount for the month of October. When a customer can pay for months before and after this incident, does tata Docomo company think that just for 10days non service, a customer will lie? The officials are unable to help and mostly, do not even attend the phone calls. It is unfair to pay the entire amount when I never got service.instead of looking into the matter, my connection has been trerminated. This issue has continued from 25th November and now I'm harassed by this approach of tata Docomo. Please help

I trusted Docomo as its a TATA joint venture, but i was wrong. I ported 2 no. in TATA Docomo. Initially it was all good. And then cam the other side of the face. The started giving false bill. So i converted my one no. to prepaid. But they started billing my other no. with extra amount. Also i shifted my plan from Rs. 299 to Rs. 199 which didn't happen. They made a total bill amount of Rs. 1400 and i finally decide i wont go with Docomo. But after a month of without service they one day call and told that u pay Rs. 1000 and ur service will start and Rs.400 is what they are giving waiver. So i decided i will pay Rs. 1000 and convert to pre paid. But after making the payment they started saying that u will have to pay Rs. 400 to start the service. I didnt had any option i paid and now i am porting to other network. Docomo is a fraud company be aware of this.
