Its a very bad customer service., I had raised a complaint and no one has get back., and when i see the complaints online i am not the only one...its pathetic...if you call the customer service, agents talk to u with so much attitude..and when asked for supervisor ur call is put on hold for long time and no one gets back...I had called to check why my data pack is not charged where as it was charged on 13th of october and raised a complaint on same day136.00 is deducted twice which is total of 272.00... Y should i pay for the service which I am not using..I want this refund...I[censored] ppl want to get money without doing anything go beg but dont rob our money...esclate this case further or better u are fit to close ur company and go to hell...Thank you,
