[Resolved] Tata Docomo — want to get new sim in my old lost number | |||
Myself vinoth kumar... My sim docomo number is [protected] I lost my sim card along with mobile.. I blocked my sim on that same day... I purchased this sim card five years using my mothers voter i'd proof.. Now she is no more I lost my sim card, for that i want to get new sim in same number Today i went to docomo store anna nagar chennai There they saying we can't provide without the sim proof given person (My mother) For that i make an call to customer care.. No solution till now I lost my com ness I want immediate solution for this.. I have all original proof of my mother I feel sad about docomo.. I am at Dubai - UAE. I am getting etisalat network in dubai to receive incoming SMS.
Here I am receiving SMS very late minimum 10 mins delayed. This is causing the issue while receiving OTP.
Note : No SMS is getting missed out. So request you to please look into this matter.
