Tata Docomo — Wifi net setter slow and they are not doing anything about it. | |||
For the past few months two of my docomo photonmax wifi data card is showing problems and the net is very slow.Speed right now is 35kbps download speed. Im paying around 2000 every month for my device.I contacted and evevn went to the docomo store but they were helpless aswell. This is proper scamming.They are taking money and not doing anything about it. My work has become harder cause of the net speed which i am experiencing now.I am supposed to get around 1-2MBPS speed . Right now im only getting 35kbps and they are charging me 2000 every month.Its been a month they to resolve the issue. And i think they r not doing anything about it. this is my wifi number docomo-[protected]. I am attaching the speed test results below. the support was really poor from your side.So i am canceling all my photon max connections ASAP.i have send request to deactivate both my dongle connections to tata docomo.
