[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Wireless broadband connection | |||||
The connection to My data card was disconnected as due amount was not paid, which was well below the limit (2000 till 2000 INR they never disconnected earlier) and charging every month without providing service. And there is a fraud happening in whole network that they waive 30-40% every 3 months so that those who dont pay have to payless. This means those who pay are made look silly. When they send some person to collect fees, they are collecting 70% and saying remaining will be waived. But that waiver was not made. Lot of false statement and actions.
