I browse the internet and sometimes it automatically activates some services that will be renewed or charged on a monthly basis. Although it is not done by docomo, their customer service reps tell us that the charge will be adjusted in the bill and we'll receive a sms but we never get it. I have phoned them so many times and get the same reply but wonder if they really lift a finger to help us.
In my books, this customer service is the worst i have ever experienced in regards to resolving issues. It is really an ordeal dealing with their cs. Because i don't want to be too lengthy i have not mentioned the complete story.
Finally, i paid the full amount of the bill and i want to cancel this service very soon. Was this information helpful? |
