I am a loyal TataDocomo postpaid customer.
Unfortunately, I've lost my cell on 22nd April. I called to the customer care and asked them to block my SIM. Hope they did it.
The next day I went to your TataDocomo outlet near Yashoda Hospital, Secunderabad, but they sent me back without giving any importance to my problem just simple trying to ignore me by saying that there was some server issues and asked me to come in the evening.
I understood, being an IT employee I can understand the server problem. But when I went second time, I was told the same thing. They were even not listing my problem. Just trying to ignore me.
Today again I went around 2.00 pm, and this time they have closed the outlet. The shutter was down. Customers were standing outside (it's very hot outside), they even don't have the courtesy to the customers. No one came to ask the customers about the issues. At least they should have the courtesy to inform the customer why the outlet is closed. I saw employees talking and eating inside.
Do you thing in this competitive business word you can survive if your employees behave like this? Don't your employees know how to behave with customers?
I went thrice to your outlet to just get my SIM card. Is it a so big deal that your employees can't help me out?
I am just cut off from everything, everywhere from last 3/4 days, if you people can't help me, what is the point of being a customer of yours?
Worst service I ever received from any service provider.
I felt insulted, ignored.
I just want to let you know that I am just waiting to get my SIM card. Definitely I will go for other service provider.
