[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — worst service from tata docomo for network issue

Hi Team, My Name- Vijay H Number - [protected] I raised a complaint regarding network and they asked me to wait for 30 days and after 30 days also issue not got solved again raised a complaint again asked to wait for 30 days but still issue not solved. I am usiing 4 tata docomo connection in my home and in my home der is not even single network .. so my entire family is shut down.. no one contact us or we cant reach some one.. THis is worst service.. so again 3rd time a raised a complaint again they asked me to wait for 30 days.. how u guys can ask me more 30 days guys.. After so many cols person visited my location and he confirm that there is issue with network and he confirm that network caputre to be installed in this building. I called on Saturday 31st Jan and floor supervisor committed that he will arrange a call back on 2nd Feb ( Monday ) der is no call back but i got SMS stating we are trying to contact you.. I called back to helpline number and asked dem to transfer call to Manager they tranfered it to floor supervisor ( K.Raju ) Mr.Raju thinks he is a very smart guy and call conversation is 49 min and he never tried to resolve my issue He was very rude and he is arguing with me for silly reasons instead of tranfering call to manager He kept me hold for 22 time and he tol he will transfer the call but not even single time he tranfered this is what service u yous are providing 1st you will promise for call back and 2nd you guys will argue with customer for complainy policy K.Raju says tata docomo does not have a option to transfer the call to Managers if customer not happy with the resolution provided by COnsultant which kind of company you guys are running. m i dealing with local brand or TATA DOCOMO COMPNAY He is a worst person i dont think so he deserve for sitting and work over der Please go throgh the call recording and how der you guys can drop the call without connecting a call to manager or giving a resolution and 49 min i was spent on you and i was keep calling you gusy and waiting for respoonse from 30+30+7 days but still my issue not solved.. lets shut down my connection and i want this guys K raju to call me back and apologize for the same for rude behaviour and droping the call
