Tata Docomo — Worst service provider ever seen

My TATA number [protected], from 1st day i am facing problem on my mobile No. from last 4-5 month they are raising my bill in 000's and each and every time i need to raise complaint and reduce my bill to 364, and in this ur dept has crossed all limits, even they are not ready to solve my complaint and disconnected my outgoing, original complaint was raised on 3.02.2015. and sice bill is not cleared i cant move to any other service provider.

from 1st day of connection i am facing problem on my No. each and every time they create new problem on my cell no and raise bill.
From last 4-5 month they are raising my bill in 000's and each and every time i need to raise complaint and need to waste my 5-7hr in a month to reduce my bill to Rs.364,
and This time ur dept has crossed all limits, even they are not ready to solve my complaint and disconnected my outgoing they are extending date of resolution and not solving my complaint, original complaint was raised on 03.02.2015.

since bill is not cleared i cant move to any other service provider.
dont want to continue with DOCOMO.

I already mentioned above that the outstanding showing in your System is completely wrong, actual outstanding should be 750,
I had raised complaint regarding this on 03.03.2015 but i am not getting why your department is not solving problem.
I once again request you to solve complaint instead of informing me about my outstanding bill.
