[Resolved] Tata Docomo — wrong amount recharge in postpaid bill mob no [protected] | |||||
My docomo no is [protected]. I call tata docomo customer care for data plan then customer service provider tell me that 2 gb data provided on my plan free of cost. Then i use data but when i received bill data charges billed to me. I mail to company for reverse such charges then they replied that sorry for wrong information given by our agent.
