Tata Docomo — Wrong balance deduction RS 75 | |||||
Dear sir/madam, I have 80 rupees balance in my tata docomo no. [protected] on 30.05.26 at 13.00. I check my mobile balance on 30.05.16 at 23.25 then mobile balance was 35.14 rupees. I again check my mobile balance on 31.05.15 at 10.13 am then balance become rupees 3.14. See attached sreenshot picture for proof. Please inform me where deduct rupees 75 from my mobile balance..? We would like to inform you that for GPAY 3 571F3808 content, downloaded by you, dated[protected] to[protected] through SDP_WAP, the balance has got deducted of Rs.69/- and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. However, being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo, an amount of Rs.69/- has been successfully credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket number ABAL[protected].
