Tata Docomo — wrong billing charges and false commitment...420 case | |
I had post paid connection of tata docomo, i discontinued service 8 months ago and docomo representative forcefully kept number in zero rental plan and told me numbe rwill be automatically disconnected after 6 months if you do not use it... And i stopped the use... Now from the month of november bill has been generated again.. Every time docomo told bill will be canceled but it they bluff everytime and not taken any action... They are generating bill every month... Docomo is worst and bluff with you... I am recommending do not use docomo!!! Was this information helpful? | |
