[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Wrong commitment and customer care calls | |||
Above company collection department comments me to wave-off Rs 500/- on last payment but company can't do this and his customer care centre call continuesally distrib to me. Last company call me 15 times a day. Today collection department Diya madam questioning me very arrogantly. I request to u please resolve my problem. Change his system calls. I have submitted proper documents to enable my account two weeks back, till now my line is not released and and have visited Rajajinagar Docomo office 5 to 6 times continuously requesting the executive to release my line till now no use.
