[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Wrong commitment and customer care calls

Above company collection department comments me to wave-off Rs 500/- on last payment but company can't do this and his customer care centre call continuesally distrib to me.
Last company call me 15 times a day.
Today collection department Diya madam questioning me very arrogantly.
I request to u please resolve my problem. Change his system calls.
