[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Wrong information provided resulted in high bill, complaint not getting resolved extended several times

I am highly disappointed on the customer care and response. I raised a complaint #[protected] on 29th March for my postpaid # [protected] (one more number linked to the same account). The resolution date has been moved 5 times. Initially it was 2nd April then 4th then 7th then 9th, now is 13th April, I am fully sure they will again move it to some random date (may be 31 Dec 2100). My both the linked numbers got disconnected. Now my Internet Banking, Credit Card, Gas Booking Services, Share trading and many such things that are dependent on mobiles are stopped. My complaint was regarding 5k for internet usage for mere 500MB. I got information from outlets and customer care that Internet while roaming is free so I used internet, but now the bill came to be so huge. The credit limit is 4100/- but the total bill came around 6500/-. How can they allow to exceed the limit? Will I have to pay mobile bills for upcoming month since my both numbers are disconnected? Whenever I call Customer care / supervisor, they are not attending the call or they are unable to provide answers about the resolution of the complaint. I also sent multiple emails but no reply from their end. I even asked them I will pay rest amount(other than internet usage) and start my phone, they are not willing to do.
