[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Wrong information shared by agent and they charge me extra money | |||||
I have registered my complaint to nch and my complaint number is 313361 I called up at cc who provided me that once my data over the speed goes down, there is no extra charges but it cost me money. I told many times to customer care and even on appellate to listen to my recordings, your agent has provided me the wrong information related to my package then why i have to pay extra charges because of your agent, deduct the salary of that agent so that in future he will concentrate and provide correct information to the customer. Why customer will suffer because of your agent. But they are not giving me any resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||||
