We had disconnected TATA Docomo connection (account number[protected] on 11 Aug 2016 and they had return the deposit amount by Cheque.
As per record and Billl the Company name is correct at TATA side. But the cheque they had provided had spelling Mistake.
So we had raise a case for it (no :[protected]
Now today almost 3 month had been completed, we had send 15 emails and 10 calls to their support team and still no resolution.
This is pathetic service from TATA Docomo. No one is working on open case no. And after escalating case to Senior still its not resolved.
Every time they need 2 days for call back and no one is reverting from Support team. Was this information helpful? |
