[Resolved] Tata Docomo — wrong name on the bill | |||
After multiple calls to tata docomo call center no one is able to solve my issue. We have a walky connection. However, the company name on the bill is incorrect. This was a mistake from their side. I have mentioned it multiple times that i cannot pay the bill on a wrong company name. I refuse to spend any more of my money or waste my time going to their store to correct a mistake they have made. This is the worst service i have ever seen. They will loose a good paying customer for a stupid data entry mistake. Was this information helpful? | |||
