One month for Tata to solve the problem, Is this some kind of joke?
With reference to above Complaint no., we hereby inform you that we had activated a internet rental plan of 8MBPS @1200 on per month basis.
However, We have come to know that Tata Docomo has activated an annual plan for Internet without our Permission.
And we had come to know that our outstanding amount is Rs. 17072.00.
Because of this Tata has Barred our Outgoing calls for Landline.
Also, we have made the payment of Rs. 1300 yesterday, as we were informed that after this payment, Outgoing calls will be started.
Inspite of the fact, that our due date for Bills is always on 11th of the following month.
However, till now, Outgoing calls have been blocked and no action has been taken from their side.
Today, once again we had called at customer care, but we have not received any positive reply from your side.
We have been informed that it will take a long time to restore your outgoing calls, because of some procedure,
Please note, This is our Official Landline No., and we cannot do any work without the outgoing calls.
Because of the mistake from your side, we have to suffer the inconvenience.
Please restore our Outgoing calls with immediate effect.
We are shocked with this kind of response from TATA.
We shall make sure to cancel the Internet Plan of TATA in the coming week, if our problem is not resolved within today.
We have been using Tata's Service from Last 1 Decade and are shocked with their such behavior.
