[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Wrong recharge

Respected sir,
My Docomo no is [protected].
I had recharge on this no but some typographical mistake & recharge gone on [protected].
So, I request to you give me my recharge refund.
Recharge is 127 rupees.
I was call Ahmadabad customer care but he said recharge will not refund, I was asked him why? But he was not give me any reply

We would like to inform you, that as per our records the recharge of Rs.127, on dated 27-Jan-2016 05:21PM vide transaction no [protected], was done for mobile number [protected] and not on mobile number [protected] shared by you.
We presume the recharge was inadvertently done by you, on another number. We regret, that we shall not be able to reverse the recharge.
