Tata Docomo — Wrongful billing | |||
Hi, I submitted request for Postpaid to prepaid migration. But the migration was not done for over a month. Later I was told to resubmit migration form as previously submitted form got lost within Docomo. I was told that I will not be charged for the delay. When the bill came I they deducted the charges from my initial deposit even after my multiple complaints and requests. Was this information helpful? | |||
