[Resolved]  Tata Housing — Alloted a 2 BHK flat without our approval and on denying forfeited booking amount of Rs 40,000

I had applied for booking a flat in inora park, tata value homes pune on 15th jan 2014 by paying online rs 40, 000.

However the flat's details were miscommunicated. The directions were not according to

What was published on the website.

On asking for refund of booking amount, there was a straight away denial.
