I am the owner of 2 flats in Tata new haven bahadurgarh, Haryana. I was promised by the sales team that the allotment of shops will take place by a lucky draw in which only the owners of flats in tata new haven will take part. It was the reason also why I bought 2 flats in the society.
Similar promises were made to many buyers of flats in tata new haven, Bahadurgarh.

But recently we have heard that all the shops have been sold to a broker Lalit goel, owner of street bajrang associates.

There is obvious corruption which seems to go higher in tata realty much beyond just the sales team in bahadurgarh .

I truly believe if this comes under the purview higher management in tata group they will surely correct the wrong that has been done in this case.

    I, Kavita Asiwal, booked a 3BHK Flat in Tata New Haven Bahadurgarh in Oct-Nov'2022. I was told by your sales executive Mr. Amar Dalal that if I pay 10% payment within 10 days of booking the flat; I will get Rs. 1, 00, 000/- as early payment reward. I was pressurized to do the same within 10 days. However it was tough to me to arrange in short interval of time but I managed to pay the amount of Rs. 7, 20, 000/- within 10 days. Now my 2nd installment of payment is also paid to you but I haven't yet received Rs. 1, 00, 000/- early payment reward. I talked to that person but he is trying to make me fool. I sent mail also to your customer support but I didn't receive any reply. Now you are requested to intervene in my this problem to resolve it immediately. And issue me my reward of Rs. 1, 00, 000/- as soon as possible.

      Dear Madam/Sir

      As stated above, I have not yet received Rs.1 Lac for paying first 10% payment+ GST @ the time of booking. At the time of booking the flat in T10-1001, I was given a document of price list of New Haven flats (copy annexed) where it was mentioned the rebate stated above. Mr. Aman told me if I pay the 10%of payment within 10 days of booking the flat I will get this discount. When I asked how this amount will be given, he told me that he will tell me after payment. Till now I have paid 20% of payment and not yet received Rs. 1 lac. I tried to contact him but he told me that due to busy schedule he will call me back. But there was no response from his side. I don't know why was I pressurized to pay 10% payment within 10 days and when payment is made then why there is delay of rebate of Rs. 1 lac?

      Also I came to know from customer care of Tata Housing that 1% of basic cost is payable to the referral and to the new customer. I have not received that amount also. Plz do the needful and help me.

        Hello Tata Team / Saurabh / Karna / Suresh...

        I have a feeling we have been cheated here...

        The main reason to buy this TATA Heaven property was because of the Club house, the open spaces, the ambience, etc.; Suarabh personally took us to the Club house and marketed the property and said that the Club membership automatically comes with 2 & 2 1/2 BHK; however 1 & 1 1/2 BHK will have to buy the membership by paying a nominal fee of approx 75k to 80k.

        Saurabh never mentioned that the membership is stuck with the TATA Mgmt & Society dispute, this is where i feel we were cheated and it is really disgusting that we being part of the TATA family are encountering such a disbelief.

          Hi Team,

          I have booked a flat in a Tata project in Gurgaon Sector 113, La Vida. Also paid amount or Rupees 2 lakhs.
          For some reasons i decided to cancel my booking for LA VIDA B1 706, which i made on 21-May-2022.

          I was told that they will initiate a refund of the Booking Amount of Rs.200, 000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Only). Which i paid there upon their request via tatarealty.in.

          I was given a time of 15 days for refund to be processed, the is not being initiated. Every time i follow up with them they ask for 15 more days, they are not committing to any date. Sales Manager is Dheeraj Thakur, with whom i am following up with around 45 days now.

          I have not even received a single reply or a call from the Customer Support by Tata Housing Development.

          I think the next step in can take is to file a complaint with RERA, since it has been more than 45 days. I don't know what is stopping them from issuing back the refund which their sales team used to boast about that you should book, even if you aren't sure, we will get you refund if you change your mind etc.

          Not expected such experience with TATAs.

            Currently I am living at FLAT NO 505, TOWER NO-03, TATA ARIANA HOUSING at Kalinga Vihar, Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

            Today on deted 21st May 2022, there was
            electricity power cut for few hours by the government. So we got power supply from generators on extremely high voltage arround more than 450 Watts, so because of that my music system got damaged due high voltage supply by maintenance staff.

            So I have called maintenance manager Mr Naren Patra to complain above said matter, and he replied in very abusing and unprofessional language, and said they have no responsibility to listen about your damage and cuted the call in very angry way.

            So I have questions that I am paying maintenance Rs 4500 monthly, which is ever highest in the whole city. Which includes power backup also, so who's is responsible for my damage?

            Who should compensate for my damage?

            And also after high maintenance charges, I tolerating the abusing and unprofessional behaviour of Maintenance staff.

            This is not acceptable anymore.

            Resolve immediately and compensate my damage.

              I booked my flat in Feb 2014 in Tata Aveza Mulund project as original booking. I had paid so far over 2crores. Now they got into troubles getting some clearance and cancelled the booking and returning the money with 9.3% simple interest only on principal amount (excluding taxes). They had charged 18% interests for the delayed payment.
              I expect them to pay 18% interest on the entire money that I had paid to them. I had huge mental pressure abs agonies over last 8years.
              Please help me settling this matter.

                I had booked an apartment in Tata Housing Aveza project in 2017 - Tower B, house no. 602. Yesterday, I have received a mail that my allotment has been canceled and as per RERA norms some nominal interest has been provided as compensation on the base amount.

                No mention of taxes and registration that I have paid. Furthermore, have been told to sign the cancellation deed in 15 days which is impossible as I...

                This is regarding Serein project which is almost ready but no sign of possession! Even 95% of the amount was demanded by May 2021 but now it seems the possession is March 2022 or may be even later!
                The reason being- clubhouse is not ready!
                We cannot keep paying interest for this delay if you want to finish the work this slow! These are taxing times and managing the additional burden of interest on loan is not easy especially when your sales representatives have sold us the flat claiming Sep 2020 possession. Request you to give clarity so that buying homes with you doesn't turn out to be a forever kind of wait!

                        1.No response for account issues. My IBMS fund deposited needs to be transferred to JONES LANG LASSELLE BUILDING OPERATION PVT LTD, the maintenance agency from TATA HOUSING.Not done even after 3months.
                        2.The building is not complete.Stairs - stiil work going on, service lift not ready.Fire exits blocked even after 3months
                        3.The parking area is still under construction
                        4.water logging in the landing area of lift/elevator
                        5. when approached maintenance office today 12th July 415 pm the reply was WE ARE NOT AWARE OF IT/YOU CAN GIVE A COMPLAINT.
                        Poor executive at the desk was an honourable lady
                        6.Who is the rightful authority whom we can approach.

                          I am still not given possession of my flat J293 in Amantra housing which is ready, asking for ransom money without any documents of statement or invoice of 60, 000-80, 000 INR.

                            I had booked a property with Tata Housing Boisar in 2017 from their Dubai Sales Office, they assured me that they’ll help me with the loan application too. I was referred to Indiabulls in Dubai, they approved the loan and the disbursal was supposed to begin once Tata sends the next invoice
                            I made my initial payments and reached out to the sales representative to check if I need to pay anymore before the bank disburses the loan amount. I didn't receive any response from him. But I continued to receive payment reminders.
                            Indiabulls was not responding to my calls or emails for the loan disbursal request. During this entire period I kept Tata informed about the situation but no one offered any help with an alternate solution to resolve the issues.
                            Indiabulls team responded after 3 months of follow up to say they are undergoing liquidation and cannot support. He referred me to LIC Housing Finance which was a nightmare as well.
                            Loan was processed but during disbursal and submission of documents, their team stopped responding. I requested to change the file location from Virar to Jogeshwari.That process took another 3 months as well. By the time the file was transferred to Jogeshwari, the approved loan validity had expired.
                            I requested Tata to cancel the deed or help me with a new buyer who may be interested in their property. They refused to cancel or buy back and said it's my responsibility to manage the payment and loan application.
                            I had to start the process again from scratch, owing to Covid, there was a significant amount of delay.
                            Finally, the LIC team completed the process including property verification.
                            When I contacted TATA, they sent me an SOA including 11lakhs as interest. They offered a 50% discount on the interest payment provided I pay before 31st March. Last week of March, due to the bank strike, the payment couldn't be processed.
                            When I contacted Tata for an extension, they sent me a deed cancellation letter and asked me to personally hand over the original documents over to them. They’ve also refused to refund the amount because they reserve the right to cancel the deed without offering the refund.
                            Since there are travel restrictions to visit India, they’ve asked me to arrange a POA to complete the same. The whole country is in a lockdown but they expect people to travel while Tata employees expect people to take the risk of getting infected inorder to follow their orders.
                            I emailed [protected]@tata hoping for a better response, emailed them all my communications with the team to explain that I have been trying to make these payments but due to various external factors.
                            The deputy manager's response was the same as others, they are not at fault. They are not responsible to provide any kind of support and now I owe them 17lakhs which they have the right to claim from me. He ended the email asking if I am still interested in proceeding with the deed.
                            How can I proceed with the deed if they have already cancelled it? Due to their action, the bank has also cancelled my loan application.

                              I (Vikash Lamba) have paid EOI amount of Rs. 1 lakh on 28.02.2021 for Tata new haven Bahadurgarh with the assurance from Mr. Aman & Mr. Surender ( Sales Representative there) that in case of cancellation I will get my full refund within 7 days. I have applied for refund on 07.03.2021 & they again assured me that I will get it within 7 days. From then I am regularly following with these but every time they give some excuse & delaying it. I have never expected this kind of poor service from such a big brand Tata.

                                Worst Experience purchasing property here. I recently purchased a ready to move flat and first there were so many delays at tata's end getting the approvals and all, and now they are not providing us with the meters, harassing us, giving meter to people who applied later than us, and saying baseless statements that "no stock available" for the last two month. JLL is the worst group and please prevent yourself from buying or investing at TATA at any cost. Because once you purchase the flats worth 1 crore and above, you cannot turn back and will be harassed by them with their baseless custom service, and useless rules and regulations.
                                I am not even sure whom do I contact for meter connection, as there are non responsive, and on top of that they are charging for the maintenance.

                                  We are approaching the end of Feb'21, and still haven't received the gold vouchers. What is causing so much delay? I was earlier informed it will be issued at the time of registration then 60 days from the date of registration, it going to be 6 months from the date of registration.
