[Resolved] Tata Housing Development — tiles quality issues and very poor customer support | |||
As per mail from tata housing we visited to take possession for my flat in amantra. On 28th june 2018 we visited 1st time for the same and given all the punch points to amantra local representative. After 28th june 2018 we visited many times to check the progress but no significant progress specially flooring of the flat. Flooring are very worst with not proper alignments and broken corner. Flooring levels are not ok and there are big level difference between 2 adjacent tiles. After repeated follow-up with tata representative no significant progress. Today also i visited to my flat but still the problems are same. I would appreciate if you please let me know whom i can contact to expedite the work and finish within time. Since 2 months i am struggling to get my flat key but no success. Also i checked one of my friends flat on 17th floor and found they have 2mm spacer for the tiles. Which looks very good. Can i know the reason why 4mm spacer in my flat whereas 2mm at my friends flat at 17th floor. Was this information helpful? | |||
