I had booked a flat T1B-2301 in this project & made the required payments.
Tata Housing is refusing to mention the TOTAL CARPET AREA of the flat in the agreement. They are only giving bifurcated figures which does not make sense.
Apparently the carpet area of the flat IS MUCH LESSER than that indicated by them in their documents / on their site.
CUSTOMERS ARE BEING FOOLED.

    How is it, Tata being so mean and dooping people like this.

    My great achievement which turned into lifetime regret of buying your project.

    I feel like a failure and a looser.

    Never expected this from Tata's.

        no refund against my flat booking cancellation

        I booked a flat at tata serein last year and the total cost of the property is inr 1, 07, 38, 750/-. I paid a amount of inr 10, 49, 000/- lakhs by selling my own house. Due to sudden drop in my business i am facing lots of problem, financially and mentally. Looking at the future payments and in the way my business is running, it will be very difficult for me to pay the required balance amount to you. My son is also working but he only earns...

        I made a complaint on 2nd august re-new haven boisar 2 - building 9, flat 006.
        I have made all payment on the flat and i have not been given possession of my flat.
        I have made numerous calls and complaints to mr urvish shah on [protected] and spoorti desai, to date i have not had any responses.
        I would like the management to refund all my payment otherwise will leave me no option or to escalate the matter with the outside authorities.

          I have made all payments and inquired about when i can get possession. But to date i have had no response.
          I have started paying the maintenance payments and inquired with them as to why i should be paying them when i have not been informed as to why i am not getting the possession?

          I have lodged inquiries for the past month and i have not got any response from mr. Urvish shah on [protected] or spoorti desai.

          I would like to make a complaint to the management and the local police in regard to this matter.

          I request you to let your clients know that tata is only interested in selling but not handing over the property!

          Also could you assist me recommending a lawyer dealing in these matters as i would like to make a claim for my property and other damages in defrauding money from me.

            I had asked for refunds against initially deposit for flat in boisar. As agreement was not executed and due to covid 19 and my parents has been hospitalised many times and same has been communicated to sales executive. I have mailed many times but no response yet about the refund status.
            Its almost couple of months passed but still no response.

            Kindly provide the address of authority who can directly be contacted.

              I have submitted eoi of rs 1, 00, 000 for tata new heavens bahadurgarh. Their sales representative informed me that eoi is 100% refundable in case i didn’t proceed with booking. Same was given to be in written also. I have all mails from tata sales representative. After visiting site, my family didn’t like flat and i didn’t proceed with booking.
              I have asked for return of eoi but even after passing of 20 days same is not returned.
              It is being told that it is stuck with finance dept of tata realty.

                Eureka park

                I have applied for refunds against initially deposit for flat in eureka park sector 150 noida. As agreement has not been executed, still my refund was not processed since one month I have written to coustmet care many times but still no response.                 I booked a flat from tata housing at new heaven 2 boisar (Unit t11- g06). There was payment of 1 lac, where it was requested not deposit the cheque and keep the cheque on hold till i get confirmation from the bank if the housing loan is being approved or not, my loan did not get approved due to the existing loan which i have, hence requested tata housing to refund the 1 lac back to me, where their refusing to refund the money back. I have also raised a complaint with tata team and informed them i had call and spoken to constant person (Pankaj) who i was dealing on site that not to deposit the cheque and hold the cheque and i was informed by the tata team that they don't take any verbal communication has valid evidence. I would also like to bring to your notice that after repeated requests to mr. Pankaj your sales representative not to deposit the cheque before the loan amount was approved, he took no heed to my requests and without my knowledge deposited the cheque in to the bank account a sum of inr 1, 00, 000/- (One lakh rupees) which has been debited from my bank account and credited into their account. On multiple occasions i was promised that the whole amount would be refunded to me without any question asked if the loan was not approved. However, i have been mis-sold to and fraudulently being sold the flat just so that they could meet their sales target. I will not accept such fraudulency with my hard earned money. I request you to look into this and make sure i get back my money.

                  This from tata santorini chennai, one staff ms gomathi is very very worst who does not pick our call or does what we say. Just a small example is from 2 months i have been requesting for the name to be put in our block entries. But she nvr did it till today. There many more like this, think they r not bothered coz no top management r here. Plz look in to it

                    This is for Tata Housing Goa Paradise,
                    I have been trying to hunt down the Relationship Manager, to finalise the cancellation/refund for my flat, though i was given the details and after which i requested to process the cancellation and refund, there has been no further communication whether the case has been processed and by which date the refund will be credited to my account again. I was promised that it will take 7 days for the entire process and action and refund, it has been more than 15 days and no sign of refund, neither any communication about the progress, the CRM has changed more then twice already and right now there is no CRM assigned. hoping to get some formal response to me over my email. - Frazer Vaz

                      Wrong invoices being provided against my payment, after repeated reminders no action or response from team. Even no response from head cc ; rsm ; headcrm

                      I have documentary proof. Wrong invoices being proivded, advance amount is not adjusted in upcoming demand /payments and am being charged for penalty for pending payment instead of adjusting the advance amnt. Again in new demand letter, advance amount is not adjusted and when i raised it no response from last 2 weeks. They will respond just before the due date and threaten for penalty.

                      This complaint is against Ms Debrina who is incharge of the Operations team . Other parties include who are involved in this matter of financial discrepancy are Mr Dhruv, Anirban Manna/Priyankur who took the booking amount and gave false commitment of excellent post sales service.

                        I was in the premises of tata ariana, bhuvaneswar tower 1, flat 208 in my relative's place wherein i was harrassed by mr. Sourav kumar, club in charge & mr. Narayan patra, maintenance incharge. They were very aggressive and used derogatory words for apparently using the club house of the complex. I request to extend immediate action against such elements.

                        This is typical behaviour of Tata Housing Maintenance staff. They are not handing over the maintenance to the RWA even 5 years after possession. They are charging very high amount as maintenance and even basic cleanliness is not there in the building, inside the lift, outside the building and in the community shopping area. Their employees are misbehaving constantly. They are not showing the basis on which maintenance has been calculated. The consumables like water are being added to the bill even though the flat has not been occupied since time of taking possession. After I stopped paying them maintenance they sent me a threatening letter saying that 'appropriate action will be taken against me and my apartment'.

                        Really lousy behaviour at all levels towards customer.

                          Sorry to say but ratan tata is very good name in market but the employee of tata realty is very bad land acquisition team they dont do proper work they play with brokers because they get the payment on time from ratan tata plz change the land acquisition team and keep good people who really in need of work and to take good care of tata realty aquasition team is worst and plz dont play with brokers because they are not worst like you people

                          Tata Housing at Ahmedabad is charging very high monthly maintenance and the quality of maintenance is very poor. I am paying 50% less maintenance for a flat that is 50% larger than the Tata Housing flat and the quality of maintenance is much better. The entire lift is covered with spit and cannot be entered into, the exterior of the building is stinking with rotting food material, the community shopping area is stinking from far and flies are buzzing all over. The employees are rude with owners. RWA has not been formed even after 5 years. When I refused to pay maintenance they sent me a threatening letter saying that "appropriate action will be taken against me and my apartment".
                          Really pathetic state of affairs at Tata Housing.

                            Booked a flat as per their sponsored finance indiabulls agreed to meet my loan requirement and sent me an offer letter for 8.75 % interest rate. Based on the confirmation i paid my 1st installment 4.26 lakhs in october 2018. And initial booking changes i paid 1.30 lakhs. Total comes to 5.56 lakhs. When i was following with them both tata value & indiabulls for the loan disbursement. One day i got to know indiabulls have informed tata value stating they will not be able to finance at 8.75% interest rates,

                            When i got the information thru' tata value people i told i will not be able to accept the increase in intt. Rate from 8.75 to 10.75% so i requested for cancellation of my booking. Since its a mistake from tata 's part why should i will bear the cancellation clause. Since jan-2019 i have been following with them for my refund. No positive response from tata value has come so far.

                            I would request you to please take up this with tata management and help me to resolve this

                              I have invested in project in october 2015, (When the property is owned by the lotus), now after almost 4 years are over, till now 'we' customers are in dilemma weather louts and tata have any intention to complete the project or not. Since last 4 year, representative of destination 150 is always given the false statement about the project updates and till date no commitment has been fulfilled.

                                I am staying in a rented flat at amantra they are charging a huge amount for using clubhouse. Indireclty they are saying dont use clunhouse i[censored] are living in rented apartment.

                                I am really disspointed with this big brand name tata like any other company they are also behaving partial.

                                Will neve suggest anyone to rent a flat at amantra.
                                Poor staff poor services not at all good.
                                We are paying rent not living free.

                                They are charging very high maintenance to the owners as well. The amount is double what I pay for a house that is 50% bigger than my Tata Housing apartment. They have failed to set up the RWA even 5 years after completing the project. They have decided the maintenance amount unilaterally with no input from the owners or residents. The quality of maintenance is so poor that it is difficult to use the lift which is covered with spit from top to bottom. The community shopping center stinks and flies are buzzing all around. Their local team fails to provide even basic support and courtesy.
                                When I stopped paying maintenance they sent me a THREATENING letter saying that 'appropriate action will be taken against me and my apartment' !! This is despite the fact that the amount due from me is much less than the advance deposit given to them by me.
                                Better go for a local developer/ apartment rather than this.
