Paid a token for a property. Unfortunately due to breach of communication I had to cancel the deal. They added 7lakhs extra to the total sale value, after I paid the token to Godrej.
Before the token payment was made, the sale price was 56 Lakhs approx, and after payment it was 63 Lakhs approx.

I booked flat GDPRP301 in park retreat, banglore after my friend referal.But these sales people changed my mobile number and so that they need not to give me referal benifits of 1%. They just cheating us for their own benifits. I have not received my EOI amount i have paid for Godrej Ascend project. As per Godrej sales executive i will receive my refund within 14 days after i submit the form for cancellation. I had submitted the form on 15march 2023 however still i am yet to receive the EOI refund.

Please help in getting my refund at the earliest....

Unethical/mal practices being followed by Godrej project Green Estate, which are Non Compliant on RERA compliances.

In the name of Discount of Rs 299/square Meter (timely payment), Godrej has recovered 20% of the total cost of the unit from me without the BBA registration.

Godrej has now given me a deadline of 18th Feb'23 for 3rd demand of 20%, this too without getting the BBA registered at the Sonipat Registrar...

We booked Flat no 1606 in T5 tower under construction when they launched the project in 2017. They were to deliver in 3.5 years. All payments shave been collected from us. Yet there is no word on the delivery. Calls and emails are unanswered. If you drop in to the site, security does not allow you to enter unless you have an appointment.
