I have booked the flat in Godrej properties in Mamurdi project and my contact sales manager is Ritesh Sonwane [protected].

After booking the flat I suppose to complete the register and pay the further payment. During this process Covid was started and lost my mother and unable to make payment so godrej has sent few notices and cancelled my flat and not returned my booking amount.

I have been getting incessant calls from Godrej properties lately and it is just become a major irritant! Weekdays while I'm at work, and weekends at home, every day they keep calling which is extremely annoying and disturbing. Please help....

I went to visit the Godrej Upavan in Kalyan, Junction, off Mumbai - Nashik Expressway, Samata Nagar, Sainath Nagar, Themghar, Thane, Maharashtra 421308, where the sales team showed us the Godrej Upavan. I was with my family and we liked the flats.

Please note that the Godrej Properties sales team has been constantly following up with clients to visit their office and then denying entry to the office a some Rera approval is pending. Why is Godrej properties in Hurry t sell the inventory without proper approvals as well.

Paid a token for a property. Unfortunately due to breach of communication I had to cancel the deal. They added 7lakhs extra to the total sale value, after I paid the token to Godrej.
Before the token payment was made, the sale price was 56 Lakhs approx, and after payment it was 63 Lakhs approx.

I lived in a pg called shreeji pg at eden P block for 4 months and they had collected money for 6 months. Due to some reason I have to leave to pg. They had committed me before that they will refund the money once they find another candidate for my seat. They got the candidate but haven't refunded. I had booked a 2 BHK and 3 BHK flat under your Godrej Orchard Seven Ph 2B project at Diamond Harbour Road, adjacent to Bharat Sevashram Sangha Multi Speciality Hospital, Banagram, West Bengal 700104.Flat No 808 and 809 J1 tower. Godrej Properties Limited at Tropical ISLE Project Noida is overcharging 1% TDS amount in case property value is over Rs 50 Lacs. The 1% TDS to be deducted from the payment to Godrej is required to be paid to ITAX department directly by the buyer. I had expressed EOI, and had given 20L INR. Now while returning the same the bank is asking for a cover letter from Godrej which has not been provided since 3 weeks. The sales representative mentions that it is unavailable due to the company policy which I doubt. A prestigious company like Godrej I doubt would have this kind of policy....

I have been waiting for Sale deed and handover of my flat keys in Green Glades, Godrej Garden City, Ahmedabad since July 2023. Our previous RM have not taken approval for Interest Waiver from Shri Siddhi Infrabuildcon pvt ltd. We have informed about Interest Waiver since May 2022. Our previous RM"s have not done there part of job due to which we are facing this problem.
