[Resolved] Tata Housing Development — delayed in possession without compensation | |
I booked tata housing new haven peenya near tumkur road in 2013 and facing below problems. 1- at the time of booking they said possession will be end of 2016. Now i received dated[protected] possession letter (Demand note) but without any compensation. Delayed almost 18 months. 2- i availed the 10% annually rebate offer from 4th of november 2016 but very strange it was not included in demand note which one i received yesterday only added base amount.
