[Resolved] Tata Housing Development — delayed possession and car park | |||
I booked tata housing amantra in 2013 and facing below problems. 1- at the time of booking they says possession will be end of 2016 but still no possession yet. Now i received possession letter but without any compensation. 2- they are charging car park which is not correct as per the law. 3- we cannot choose car park as per availability but only developer can only decide.
