Dear ashoka mohanty,

Below are my comments:

1. Attachment 1 - query list replied. It should be clear since i am repeating it third time.

2. Screen shot for parking of 3a-702 as per registration documents.

Fraud case points:

1. List of documents were not provided as per attached list duly initialed by authorized signatory and stamped as true copy by tata.

2. Fraud signatory by authorized signatory ms rhea chen during possession.

3. Wrong indexation done by your authorized signatory ms rhea chen & lawyer by not putting parking area in index.

4. Lie by your sales manager in uae office by confirming covered parking isn't available whereas as per above screen shot documents it is available.

5. All documents and property possession shall in inline with mah rera 2016/7 which is also not covered or stated by tata value homes.

6. Actual receipt of property tax, water, electricity meter bills where i was charged 30, 000 inr extra on gst name even registration papers dont show gst.

7. All issues were raised to your sales office/ customer care/ ceo/ crm on 01.10.2017 but till today i am still waiting for the final confirmation.

3. Attachment 2- signatory issue by rhea chen. An official case shall be put through cbi for fraud signatory in case possession is not done with proper documentation and authorized signatory.

4. Attachment 3: possession & payment comments shall be updated in possession letter and possession shall be appointed once all documents are cleared including parking and maintenance bills.

5. 100% payment is done from my side.

Please confirm the timeline for delivery of correct documents and possession of flat 3a-702.

Note: cid, emea, no corruption group, abudhabi embassy of india is in bcc

In no positive reply from yourside i will raise it to cid department, cbi, embassy of india in uae, shushma swaraj & dubai land office for resolving this issue on 1st of nov, 2017.

I really feel sorry for the brand we used to trust but today it is just a ditch game whether it is played by your sales in uae, mumbai office or ceo.

Atleast this is the worst imagination we may have ever thought for tata. Your reply to resolve such issues at earleist is awaited.
