I have initiated mail on 16/11/2018 for cancellation of new home purchase at tata value homes boisar. I have contacted sales person twice. Also received mail from tata care team on 21/11/2018 regarding acknoledment of my request. But after this mail i have not received single communication from tata housing for refund status. I have called sales person but he is not giving peppers answers about refund status.

    I booked 3bhk and paid 15 lacs. There is no construction in destination 150. They promised builder buyer contract sign in jul 2018. It’s late by 03 month and whole project is late by 06 months. Tata must give a clear picture over entire issue as ours hard earned money and emotions are attached. If they are shedding the project then what is the process they are adopting to return the money of consumers. If they are going to resume the construction and continue with it, the consumers should be informed by mail. At least from tata we expect transparency.

    There isn't any single drop of water available in This society. It's approximately 24 hours and still now no water is available. But they take maintenance timely but services are so poor.

      As per mail from tata housing we visited to take possession for my flat in amantra.

      On 28th june 2018 we visited 1st time for the same and given all the punch points to amantra local representative.

      After 28th june 2018 we visited many times to check the progress but no significant progress specially flooring of the flat.

      Flooring are very worst with not proper alignments and broken corner.

      Flooring levels are not ok and there are big level difference between 2 adjacent tiles.

      After repeated follow-up with tata representative no significant progress.

      Today also i visited to my flat but still the problems are same.

      I would appreciate if you please let me know whom i can contact to expedite the work and finish within time.

      Since 2 months i am struggling to get my flat key but no success.

      Also i checked one of my friends flat on 17th floor and found they have 2mm spacer for the tiles. Which looks very good.

      Can i know the reason why 4mm spacer in my flat whereas 2mm at my friends flat at 17th floor.

        I stayed in tata amantra on rent. The arrangements including registration were made by tata housing employees at tata amantra. Now when i am leaving the rented apartment, my owner is refusing to pay back deposit amount in full because he says i have to pay his brokerage and registration that he paid to/through tata housing employees. The owner is in breach of the rent contract and i cannot afford high legal fees. What would you advise i do in this situation?

          I have booked a flat in jan 2017 with tata for 150 noida project and allotment letter was recieved in april 2017. First installment was paid by may /june 2017.

          Afterwards there was no work in progress at site the work is stoped and excuses were made in written/verbal citing reason for rera agreement. The last call made by me in second week of july 2018 to tata customer support and i was told that final agreement will be signed in august 2018 and civil work will also start by august 2018. Which was april 2018 as per earlier mail.

          They completley demolish the brand name of tata and lost 18 months in between without any work.

          Since i had been promised nos of times in written and with various dates to get the agreement signed now its impossible to belive the commitment made by tata employee. Moreover the broker republic of property noida sales manager stoped picking phones to let us know the status.

          I feel totaly breach in trust by tata group and request the higher managment to look into the matter either refund the amount or start work.

            Some tiles are not fitted properly. These kind of defects are not expected given a brand like TATA. We have registered our complaints in the complaints cell quite a number of times since the last 4 months and have not received any befitting reply. It is well known that the cash that we have paid is not for this kind of service. These people are not at all professional or being up the mark which we expected them to be given the magnitude of the sum we have paid for this apartment

              This is my one more reminder mail in related my previous trail of mails, where i have requested to wave off the interest charges forcibly applied on me for no fault of mine.
              But till today i never got a response from your housing care team, which gives me immense pain and i have lost my faith on tata housing group.
              Probably, my complaint s are not being reaching to the right person in tata hiusing group or it might be people who are seeing this mail are unheard of my request.
              I once again putting the matter of my previous mail
              (Dear sir, i have booked one 1bhk flat in tata ariana project in nov 2016. After that i didn't get my allotment letter in time even though after lot of persuasion i cut get that on my mail during april 2017.
              But i always used to get phone calls to pay the demand but when i said, i need to apply for homloan, the concerned people never cooperated to tie me up with the banks who will pass my hometown.
              In the meantime i tried my best n with lot of persuasion n request i could get the required papers from tata ariana on 7th april 2017 n same day sbi passed my loan although it was cleared on 30th march, but due to some papers required from tata, n i collected it n finally the loan sanctioned.
              By that time the tata team put penal of 50 thousand for non payment of dues, although i never get their letters.
              Again after 7th april i contacted tata team to enquire any the disbursement of my first loan installment but no one replied due to reasons best known to them.
              Since am not staying locally, it's very difficult for me also to pursue with the bank n tata team.
              Finally today i got another reminder for dues with adding 90, 000 as interest amount, which raised my doubts on the people dealing all these.
              When i call no body clarifies about payment but they silently add interest to customers to harass n probably it's totally unethical n i could smell something foul is being played by the people behind it.
              I strongly recommend to do enquire on this issue n please let me suffer further more. Unless i will be forced to out out of your project although i don't wish to since i will have financial loss, but i don't have any other option if the ariana team will continue to harass me in such a manner and ruin me financially for no fault of mine.)

              I didn't get any response rather today dated 2nd july 2018, i got another letter from tata housing which again shows interest charges have bee n again added on my account. I don't understand, where shud i complain for such one side decisions forced on me. You will definitely apoerciat that it's not be acceptable to any customer to pay interest charges of approx. 2.46 lakhs on a flat cost of 32 lakhs. Keep yourself in my place and decide on these changes.
              In view of the above i once again request to reconsider the interest charges added on my account.
              When i have not occupied the flat, why shud i pay interest on this too??? It really making me helplessness.
              It's quite unfair to put such charges forcibly on a customer and it's not expected from a housing group like tata.
              Who ever reading the mail, if can't reply or clarify to me, plz send me the mail i'd of your higher ups, with whom i can put my request for waving off these interest charges.
              Plz be fair and reply to this for my future course of action s.

                Hi my name is prasanna. I have booked a flat in tvhl mambakkam, chennai. I am currently residing outside india. I am trying to contact tvhl regarding the following;
                1. Registration process - fees associated with it.
                2. 2% discount promised at the time of booking - as i am a tata employee. However, upon repetitive emails and calls to tvhl, there is no proper response.
                Initially i received an email stating to contact mrs. Sripadmini seshadri. After repetitive calls and e-mails (For which there was no response despite escalating to tata housing customer care e-mails), i was informed she was on sick leave and was asked to contact ms. Harpreet. After discussing with her regarding the above points, she acknowledged (After 10 days) and she asked me to contact mr. Manigandan. Finally, after speaking to manigandan, i was asked to speak to mr. Yogesh. (Who had the audacity to be rude and neglected my queries about my payment).
                I would like to know, does tvhl have anyone capable of answering the queries put forth?
                I have been making about 100 isd calls and sent repetive e-mails and now they are not picking up my calls looking at my number. I am traveling to india on 25 th june 2018 without any clue of how to go forward with the registration. There is no one to guide us properly through the process. Moreover, i am being charged interest, because tvhl’s incapable employees are not able to give me my original outstanding amount to be paid. Now please tell me what am i supposed to do?

                this is not for the flat, the apartment is very good . but the response from one lady named GOMATHI in TATA santorini chennai is very bad, no proper response at all, she wont pick the call or reply for the massage, from two months she is not able to put my name in my block. if it goes like this sure will never refer anybody to buy a flat here,

                  I have booked a flat in tata destination-150 in sector-150, noida. First 10% installation has been paid (Approx 8 lakhs). There is no progress on construction site. When i call to customer care or their representative, they reply like it is waiting for agreement format from rera. However other rera projects are going on
                  We have booked the flat on name of tata but seems like we were folled on tata name.

                  Tata should refund the amount due to their inability to proceed due

                  in the month of july one of the tata representative has emailed me saying construction will get re-initiated by July 2018, but still there is no development. i dont know why they are giving us false hope.

                  recently when i talked with the one of the sales representative, they say that in this month builder -buyer

                    I booked tata housing new haven peenya near tumkur road in 2013 and facing below problems.

                    1- at the time of booking they said possession will be end of 2016. Now i received dated[protected] possession letter (Demand note) but without any compensation. Delayed almost 18 months.

                    2- i availed the 10% annually rebate offer from 4th of november 2016 but very strange it was not included in demand note which one i received yesterday only added base amount. It should be mentioned in demand note till due date as offer was like that.

                      I booked tata housing amantra in 2013 and facing below problems.

                      2- they are charging car park which is not correct as per the law.
                      3- we cannot choose car park as per availability but only developer can only decide.

                        Myself booked a flat in tata destination-150 in sector-150, noida. First 10% installation has been paid (Approx 8 lakhs). However, there is no progress on project and in fact the construction equipment have been demobilised it seems.

                        The site office also presents a deserted look with lean sales manpower. Tata says it is waiting for agreement format from rera. However, other rera projects are going on. We booked and paid on name of tata. The confidence is shaken. Tata should refund the amount due to their inability to proceed due to whatsoever reason and explain why there is no progress.                         No construction is happening and we don't know why.

                        There should be some kind of transparency as we have paid our hard earned money in the name of TATA.

                        But now we feel like we have been betrayed by TATA.

                          I had booked a flat in tata adiwta project situated at 117, bt road, kolkata 700058 w. B. On 27.05.2015. Flat no. A1 tower 3 trupti.
                          I had already paid rs. 200000.00 on 25 mat 2015. Rs. 8825.00 on 06 jul 2015. Rs. 673593.00 on 08 jul 2015.
                          On 06 oct 2015 tata informed me that the project has been halted due to certain reasons. I asked them for refund. But they are not refunding the money. By showing some excuse or either.
                          As tata was the development manager, i am cheated in the name of tata.
                          Initiate process for refund of rs. 882418.00 with interest 7 percent from may 2015 to till date.
                          I have communicated with

                          Several times. But it seems tata is not interested to fund my hard earned money.

                            I have booked an apartment in tata value homes - new ribbon walk mambakkam.
                            And paid online registration rs-30000 and rs - 100000 and signed the agreement. After a week of signing agreement the sales executive who handle my case came up with a discussion of asking rs 100000 aprrox additional money should be paid due to miscalculation of floor raising charges from their end.
                            I said i cannot pay any additionai amount i want to cancel the apartment and refund my money back. Later she said we will get that waived off an get approval for the same. But still i want to withdraw my application and communicated the same.

                            They dragged more than a month to get agreed with my cancellation and finally agreed to pay back my money with suppressing my online registration money of 30000 and pay the remaining without interest within 15 working days.

                            Since 2 months over i am not able get my money back even after they crossed their committed date 2 times. Their is no proper response and don't believe it is a corporate group.

                            I never expected this from a tata group.

                            I advice people not to consider tata as a corporate in real estate.

                              I have booked a flat in tata amantra in last quarter 2013.
                              Following charges have levied:
                              1. Car parking - have been charged 4.75 lakhs + taxes (Is it legitimate?) - approx 5.25 lakhs
                              2. Club house - ready (Still charged 12-18% gst)
                              3. Installments due after implementation of gst @ 12-18%, is it within the law, though flat has been booked
                              4. New and previously unannounced additional betterment charges.

                              Have seen similar complaints by others too on this portal

                              Pls reply here, for all to see.
                              No personal contact and appeasement pls

                              Integrity of "tata" housing is in line here..

                                I agree.. I too have been charged the same .. seems Tata housing is no different than other builders.. Tata surely has lost the faith in its brand name, built over several generations
                                We must unite and seek legal action against Tata housing..
                                yeah, pls note the latest update:
                                this 2BHK, i purchased in 2013, has costed me an inclusive price of abt 88L.
                                When clicked on tatahousing website for enquiry of new purchase, received call from salesman, the same flat available at all inclusive price of 80L negotiable.
                                Tata Housing is not line with the reputation of Tatas, the brand name we all trust blindly.
                                Even if it is not Tata Housing directly, it is unethical practices and assurances provided by their sales team, who mislead the customers, just to achieve their targets.

                                  I have a booked the flat in tata housing gurgaon gateway project (Flat no. C0403) and promptly paid all construction linked payments through housing loan from hdfc. During the slump in the property market, tata housing offered me 5% discount on bsp subject to clearing old interest dues due to delay in disbursing the ist milestone payment from hdfc. Accordingly, i had paid the interest payment also and timely release of future payments with the understanding that there will be 5% discount to the overall bsp cost, credit will be issued at the last milestone payment. Tata housing issued a certificate also on this effect after i cleared the interest payments. Now the project reached to it's final stage and the last milestone demand is being put-up, but failed to have the discount as committed. On the specific query to the crm, a vague one liner that this is not applicable to you. Thereafter, all phone calls to the office / crm - ashish kumar singh - get a reply we will get back to you, but no feedback for last 2weeks, and the last demand letter due in next 13days...

                                    I had booked 2 apartments with tata value homes - new haven ribbon walk - chennai. Due to the current financial slowdown i wont be able to proceed with one of the apartment fr which i've paid inr 618, 644.

                                    I had contacted my crm mr. Thameem over phone regarding this matter and as advised by him i had sent and email to mr., thameem and tata care on 20th november 2017 via email requesting the cancellation of one of the apartment and transfer the funds towards the payment of the other apartment.

                                    Since then i haven't heard back from either the crm or tata care.
                                    I had tried reaching the crm couple of time, he doesn't answer the phone and when i try with another number he answers and say he is busy or on leave or driving.

                                    Never expected this kind of response from tata group business unit.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I booked a flat at Tata Serein last year and the total cost of the property is INR 1, 07, 38, 750/-. I paid a amount of INR 10, 49, 000/- lakhs by selling my own house. Due to sudden drop in my business I am facing lots of problem, financially and mentally. Looking at the future payments and in the way my business is running, it will be very difficult for me to pay the required balance amount to you. My son is also working but he only earns Rs.22, 000/month out of which 60% goes to paying the rent of the house in which we are staying. When we approached at the thane sales office with my current situation for cancellation of flat in May, he told me that your 50% of the amount paid will be forfeited and offered me that you pay us Rs.6.5 lakhs now and the rest when the whole project will get ready.

                                      Looking at the loss of Rs.5 lakhs which is huge for me, I agreed to their offer. And for paying Rs.6.5 lakhs, my son applied for a loan of Rs. 6 lakhs, but the bank said that we can only disburse the amount only after the registration is done. And when we contacted at sales office he said yes, you have to register the flat, which will cost you around 8-9 lakhs.

                                      If I would have 8-9 lakhs why would have applied for a loan of Rs. 6 lakhs. Looking at all the perspective, I won’t be able to make the further payments in future. My current situation is so worse that I am not getting any work from the last 2 months. So I would like to cancel the flat booking. Request you to kindly help me in proceeding with the cancellation process of the flat.

                                      Hope you will understand my situation and help me with the process of it and will do best for me.
